High Season: from 1 July to 2 September and from 2 December to 8 January – Easter, 1 May 2 June
Mid-Season: from 1 April to 30 June – from 3 September to 30 September

• Weekly/daily rent can commence any day of the week
• Daily rent is for a minimum stay of 2 days
  

Extra Services:

• Additional charges for heating during the winter : Stallina € 10.00 per day;
  Granaino/Scuderia € 15.00 per day
• Small pets are allowed at an additional charge of € 20.00 per week
• Mountain-bike rental: € 8.00 per day
  

Check-in time: if possible, between 15.00 and 18.00
Check-out time: by 11.00

Method of payment:

• 30% Deposit on booking by bank transfer or postal order
• Balance on arrival
• Caution money of € 150.00 on arrival
